At what stage should we consider working with you?

The ideal time is when you have established a strong product-market fit in your primary market and have secured funding (Seed or Series A) for expansion. However, we also engage with later-stage companies looking to enter new, complex markets. Our initial consultation helps determine if the timing is right for your specific situation. We focus on readiness to ensure our partnership is set up for success from day one.

Which geographical markets do you specialize in?

Our core expertise lies in helping companies enter North American (USA, Canada) and European (DACH, UK, Nordics) markets. Additionally, we have a strong partner network in key Asian hubs like Singapore and Japan. We tailor our approach based on your product and target industry, leveraging local experts within our network to ensure nuanced and effective market entry strategies, regardless of the region.

How do you measure the success of an engagement?

Success is measured against mutually agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established at the start of our partnership. These typically include metrics like time to first revenue in the new market, number of qualified leads or partners secured, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and successful operational setup. We provide regular, transparent reporting to track progress against these goals and adapt our strategy as needed.

We are flexible and structure our partnership to provide the most value at your current stage of growth. The scope is clearly defined from the outset.

Do you invest in the companies you work with?

While our primary focus is on providing strategic and operational advisory services, we may consider co-investing in select partners through our venture arm, Nexus Ventures. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and typically occurs with companies with whom we have established a strong, long-term working relationship and see exceptional potential. Our main goal is to drive your growth, with or without our capital.
